Cozy, bright, and private spot for visiting family, working remotely, or taking a weekend to yourself. I hope you connect with my affinity for vintage art and clean lines! Situated less than 30 minutes from about anywhere in Portland Metro, 10 mins to historic Oregon City, and 1 hr to Mt. Hood. This is a dog friendly, non-smoking house. Even though the rental is off a busy street, it sets back on wooded drive and is very peaceful. The rental is very convenient with five minute access to both interstate 205 and McLoughlin Blvd. Do sleep on the local area eateries, Gladstones sports bar and restaurant is excellent with a varied menu, likewise Gladstone pizza is a gem and A rivederci's wine bar and restaurant is unbelievable. A/C provided is 2 floor units in master and living area, which is insufficient for entire unit. Cannot close blinds in master br due to exhaust for a/c unit thru the window. Skylight in master br so if you like to sleep in a dark room, this is not for you. 2nd bedroom was too warm to sleep in on hot days. May be 1/3 acre property but little of it is usable due to thorny raspberry plants all over the yard. Beds are comfortable, living room a comfortable and relaxing space, kitchen well appointed.
