Great value hotel in downtown Vancouver. Not luxe, but it’s not pretending to be. It’s clean and comfortable and usually fairly quiet. Staff has always been very friendly. Good budget option over the much more expensive waterfront hotels.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the air conditioning didn’t seem to cool the room down much, but wasn’t a terrible problem.

The shower in 312 was leaking water from the ceiling. It appeared looking at the ceiling drywall that they had a leak previous, and tried to fix it. A slow drip right above the shower head eventually got bigger drips throughout our stay. It was pretty obvious that there was some kinda of leak. BOO!

The hotel room was very comfortable, the bed was great and the pillows were very nice; no trouble sleeping while I was here. The wifi was good enough for telework and streaming video. The hotel is convenietly located and the Vancouver City Center is great to explore on foot. The complimentary breakfast was nice. I will stay here again if I am in the area.

Everything smelled like bleach. I understand it makes it all clrean, but sleeping in bleach smelled bedding is not the best. Breakfast was below what was expected- eggs were disgusting and the sausages looked pathetic. These were the only cooked items. OJ and coffee were also below ok. Being that said, for the proximity to downtown and the price it’s ok. It felt safe and the parking was also always available.
