Amazing
Kate was absolutely fantastic with communication and making sure we had everything we needed!! The house was clean and stocked well. There was even a pack n play and booster seat for my toddler! The whole house was comfortable and had plenty of space for my parents, 2 year old, 7 month old, and myself.

Nice home very clean! Quiet neighborhood. Nice ourdoor space. Yummy cafe, a short stroll away great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Excellent location for pups! Fully fenced yard. Definitely would recommend for 2-4 people Would stay again!

First Trip to Milwaukie/Portland Area
Kate was a fantastic resource for restaurant recommendations in the area before we arrived. The home and location were perfect for our specific trip. Having the fenced-in backyard was ideal as we were traveling with a pup. Loved all of the "piece of home" touches. We were traveling with an animal during a rainy weekend so having a washing machine, detergent, and dryer kept us all clean and happy. Having a kettle to use each morning for tea was a treat we don't often get while traveling. When we were preparing to check out we had an issue with our van and Kate was wonderfully flexible and accommodating with our new timing to depart. We look forward to returning to the area in the future!

Charming home
This property was charming and had a great yard for our dogs. We came for Thanksgiving weekend and it was a very easy drive for us to go between this location and the Sabin area of Portland to spend the holiday with our family.

This house had everything we needed for a 9 day stay. Just like a second home. Appreciated being able to do laundry though the basement is a little creepy. Surgery kept us pretty confined so looked forward to football, but there's no basic tv so unless you know how to stream....Fenced yard for the doggos a real plus!

Lovely property that exceeded our expectations.
The house was immaculately clean. Kitchen and bath finishes were exceptional. we especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor spaces.

Lovely home for a Portland stay
This home is lovely w/many nice touches - with perhaps the best being the outdoor spaces. (Though, a foodie might argue the kitchen as best.) We appreciated having room to gather as a family while in OR for a September wedding. Off-street parking was a nice bonus and the home was central enough for all our side trips. Having the little store and cafe so close was also nice. A larger grocery store is also nearby.

Nicely remodeled home in an excellent location for our planned activities. We were originally going to be a party of 5 but ended up a party of 3 which was a good match for property. Nice outdoor area to sit andrelax.

Wonderful cozy and well supplied home with amazing custom woodwork furniture throughout. The neighborhood was quite and very close to Waverley GC for tournament access. Both beds are comfortable and well maintained.

Quick get away
Overall a good stay. Initial dates booked were double booked due to owner using multiple rental agencies. Had to cut a day off trip because of this. I would be careful about verifying rental is actually available when booking.

Lovely and well appointed home
Really beautiful home with many helpful touches- extra towels, shampoo, spices, excellent cooking supplies. The home has so many lovely details- lighting choices/levels, outdoor seating, the fire pit, and so many more.
