There was an old building smell that caused my asthma to kick up. The stairs leading up to the 3rd floor apartment were scary. There's a great craft brewery around the corner with amazing food and drinks. Parking is only available on the street, and it was hard to find a spot close by the condo. But, we eventually did park close, so it worked out.
