Want to put down the car and do everything on foot? Then this one-storey flat is for you! Located on the ground floor at the back of a detached house, just 2 minutes from the sea and a stone's throw from all the shops, it combines peace and quiet, practicality and comfort for a holiday with your feet in the water.  
  
Layout et Facilities :  
\-Separate bedroom with double bed (140x190).  
\-Bright living room with sitting area and sofa bed (sleeps 2 - 2x80).  
\-Open, well-equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, extractor fan, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, etc.  
\-shower room with washbasin and WC.  
  
Outside :  
\-Pleasant, sunny private courtyard with garden furniture - ideal for breakfasts or naps in the shade.
