The Sydney Apartment is a modern and spacious ground floor property, ideal for families or small groups seeking comfort and convenient access to the centre of Alvor.



The open plan living and dining area provides a bright and welcoming atmosphere, creating a smooth transition to the remaining areas of the apartment.



The apartment offers two bedrooms with double beds and there is also one bathroom with a shower and one bathroom with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms features a small outdoor terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing moments outside.



The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, including a breakfast table, a balcony and a utility area.



Outside, the apartment benefits from access to a shared swimming pool and garden, reached by stairs or by lift to a lower level followed by a few steps.



The location is excellent, allowing guests to enjoy proximity to the centre of Alvor, the beach, the boardwalk and a wide selection of restaurants and cafés.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests

From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
