Our stay was lovely. I really noticed a worker there going above and beyond for the guests and the hotel.—I wish I would have caught his name. Would book this hotel again!

This trip was canceled do to illness. Trip insurance was purchased but even though I canceled months ago there was no cooperation from Expedia or Holiday Inn I will never book another thing through Expedia I want a refund!

Edward I understand your frustration but you didn’t pay the hotel. Expedia did therefore I can’t issue you a refund. All refunds are handled through the company you paid through. Expedia is your problem not the hotel. Hope you have a better day.

It was OK
Overnight stay for work. Efficient check in. Hair in drain.. input on tv was wrong.. until I asked for help. Overall, it’s ok.. you can hear all the traffic outside. Which doesn’t help for sleep. The hallway smelled like pot. Or a bad deodorizer.. staff is ehh.. no smiling faces.. as a traveler for work, I enjoy a small conversation or a happy smile.

They don't allow delivery to roam halls. Only guests registered at the hotel are allowed past the front desk. I like the security and the quiet.

compared to the quality inn i stayed at the night before, this holiday inn express felt like the absolute height of luxury. very clean, i felt very safe, overall not a bad area to stop on a road trip.

Overall satisfied….
Only real issue was with the bathroom sink….took forever to get hot water and the drain was very slow in draining. Absolutely no issues with anything else in the whole place…very clean and the workers were super friendly and helpful.

What a delightful young man checked me in. So much nicer and helpful, more efficient than my previous hotels on this trip. The room was modern , clean, and quiet. I could have used an anti skid mat in the tub for my shower however. The “soft” water makes almost all surfaces slippery. The roominess in the room and bath were appreciated. The new lobby was welcoming and refreshing after a long day on the road.

You can smell the breakfast in your room at 5 am although we are far from dinning area Breakfast lady very rude when we ask for tea Room full of insects and I did take pictures and show to the receptionist who supposed to report it Definitely I don’t recommend it

There is no way the hotel is maintaining the pool. The pool made my wife and son sick. The staff was rude for no reason. Asked for towels but was told they didn’t have any, horrible experience.

Over all the hotel was good. Room & bed ok and met standard hotel expectations. Their system was down so it made check harder, only one room key & we had to be let in to pool /fitness each time. The only ice machine that worked was on the 1st floor. The pool was swimmable but the room was very humid & had a smell to it & fitness center as warmer then the lobby with no fan. The items in the fitness center were working & nice - free weights, bike, treadmill, yoga ball & bench. Breakfast was warm and ready. The second day it seemed was delivery day so breakfast was what they had left - 3 diff kinds of sausage, no fruit, no rolls but did have yogurt, cereal and pancakes. Overall good stay & staff was nice

Expedia canceled our reservation without telling us. We got to the hotel at 10pm just to find out our reserved room didn’t exist and they were all booked up. Had to call multiple hotels before we found one with an opening. Expedia is a scam.

Our suite was perfect size. Bed and pillows were so comfy. I was blown away by the free breakfast, so many options to choose from and such a cute dining area. There were only a few negatives with our suite. The wall above our head board was very dusty, only noticeable at night when we turned the sconce lighting on. Also the room lightly was very dim. Not enough bright light in the kitchenette area. Had we noticed the dusty wall earlier I guarantee the amazing staff there would have taken care of it. Everyone was so friendly and very accommodating.

Toilet ran constantly but no other rooms were available and no fix on the weekend.A receptionist was going to check on reduced rate because of toilet. I checked at check out nothing.Stairways worn. Breakfast was fine.

Family Visit
This is a really nice Holiday Inn Express, guessing new in the last 5 years. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and accomodating. The breakfast was great. At this time the pool is not open for use. Would definetly stay here again. Located right off the interstate.

The staff at the front desk really struggled. I offered to pay 1/2 cash and 1/2 on a card and they said they don't take any cash. I asked if I could change my payment method when I was checking out and took them 15 min to find my room and charge and then said I couldn't change it. The whole time while carrying on a conversation with someone in the next room. They really looked like they didn't know what they were doing or how their system worked. Their Breakfast at 9:30am on Sunday was all but gone, no eggs, no sausage, barely any potato's and they were dried up.
