"Wonderful hotel in great location just a short walk from the centre but quiet and peaceful in the evening. Fabulous helpful staff. Breakfast always fresh and lots of choice. We used the terrace restaurant once and it was fabulous - what amazing views! Highly recommended for a short or longer stay"

"Location was great - 5 mins to the bus station and town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Only issue we faced was with the hairdryer - attached to the wall in the bathroom - it kept cutting out. Luckily one of the team were able to bring a portable one - but was a bit of a pain. Would defo recommend if you are in Siena."

"Incredible on so many levels! The property is beautiful and sits on a hill just outside the walls of Siena with spectacular views all around. You are just a short walk into the town and over a thousand years of history. We rented the entire Villa for three weeks for our family of 13. It was all we dreamed of!First and foremost the hospitality of the hosts would be the most significant part of the experience. Mario and Anna are so warm and helpful and try to take care of every need whether it’s booking restaurants or getting taxis to wine pairings ( Anna is a sommelier, retired doctor and direct relative to the most famous Brunello vineyard in Tuscany). Mario is simply a prince of a guy and just does everything for you. A private chef is available for dinners in an outdoor kitchen and seating area enclosed in glass. Anna’s daughter Claudia is a tour guide and arranged drivers for us to explore the surrounding countryside and charming towns. All in all you have a perfect place with perfect hosts in a beautiful part of Italy! Thank you Anna and Mario!!"

"This was a beautiful, small, family run hotel. The staff were wonderful, the breakfasts good, and the room clean and comfortable, except that the AC had a hard time keeping up with the heat. I would definitely go back!"

"Hotel was located just outside of the gates to sienna. Half of our group walked to the center of town and half of our group took a taxi. The hotel called the taxi for us. The check-in was easy and the night person also ran the bar. We took our drinks out to the back patio area, which had a wonderful view of the city both night and daytime. Rooms were two levels. Ours had a bed downstairs with the bathroom and then a steeper staircase to a loft area with another two beds. It worked out fine. It is a very old building centuries old, which has been peacefully redone with antique accents. Yes I would stay here again."
