"All rooms face beach. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room big, quiet and clean. Good location. Only 22 rooms so not alot of traffic. Red roof is an excellent landmark to look for. Comfortable rocking chairs on front porch to watch traffic or several locations in back for seating. Nice boardwalk to beach. No pool except the ocean."
