- Waterside is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom poolside condo conveniently located between the waterway and beautiful Mexico beach. This unit is on the first floor with easy access from parking right into your front door. Once in your unit you will find a fully supplied, updated kitchen, living and dining areas as well as laundry. If you want to spend time at the beach it is just a short walk from the condo so this unit really gives you the best of both worlds. This location is an area favorite!

Very pleased
We loved the property and the location. The reason for the four star rating overview was that when we wanted to open the windows to look out to get a view, everyone in the pool and in the hot tub could look straight in the living area and into the bedroom. Otherwise everything was as advertised and great. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions we had.

We were running late the day of check-in and the host reached out and wanted to confirm that I had 3 adults and I did NOT..Not even sure how I did that because this was a family vacation to celebrate my baby girl turning 5. We were greeted with thee cutest Birthday basket for my little one with all the cutest goodies. The unit had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel like home, we literally just had to get groceries. The kitchen had the best pots and pans the cutest plates and everything you need if you cook or eat out!! The appliances were up to date and countertops nice, the house was spacious enough for us to take breaks the balcony was nice and over-seen the pool area. The check-out was easy and stress free. We really enjoyed our stay, just a good break from our normal day to day
