Stunning Gulf Front, private pool, sleeps 16 This 4000 sq ft home is gulf front with a private beach for your use (no public access for miles in either direction, so it is quiet and serene). Walk straight onto the sand from the back porch and the pool deck. Dolphin sightings are commonplace here, along with an abundance of many species of local ocean wildlife. Expansive decks on all 3 floors look out over the water. Our home is located in the quintessential sleepy beach town of Port St Joe, right between Mexico beach and Cape San Blas. The quaint "Downtown" Port St Joe, as well as the new WindMark Square is host to several wonderful restaurants and shops. The bay in PSJ is well known amongst "scalloping" enthusiasts (or novices) during season in September and October, making for a fun new activity. The calm waters here at the Gulf and mouth of the Bay are perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing! Layout: The first floor has three bedrooms. Two of those have a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third room has a king size bed and a twin over full bunk, also with an en-suite bathroom. The laundry room is also on this level. The second floor includes the huge, open floor plan living area with fully stocked kitchen, dining and living room, and a half bathroom. The kitchen features quartz countertops, island, extra large pantry, stand alone ice maker and all necessary supplies for catering to your group (keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, etc). An expansive deck with plenty outdoor seating is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. The third floor is the oversized master suite. It has a king size bed, a full over full bunk, a living room space with a pull out sofa, a kitchenette , and a desk. We have a crib and high chair available for your use, as well as six beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and plenty beach toys for the kids. The home has an elevator for convenience (please make sure to carefully read elevator rules and instructions included in the welcome letter after you book) The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $40 per day (This covers our gas cost to heat the pool). Linens and bath towels are provided during your stay. We do not provide beach towels. Please Note: Minimum age to book and stay at this property is 25\. Families with kids are welcome. No student groups, events, or other parties are allowed on the premises. We require our standard rental agreement to be signed online by each group. The rental agreement is sent via DocuSign approximately 1 month before your arrival. Please Note: All credit card payments incur an additional 3% merchant processing fee. There are no fees for check or Venmo payments. If you prefer to pay via check or Venmo, please contact us after your booking. Security Deposit: Please note that we charge an additional $500.00 fully refundable damage deposit for each reservation. The security deposit is refunded back 1-3 days after your stay as long as there are no damages to the property. We require our standard rental agreement to be signed online by each group. The rental agreement is sent via DocuSign approximately 1 month before your arrival. Security Cameras: We have outdoor security cameras at entry points at the property. It’s right on the beach. Just a five minute walk. The pool is amazing along with the elevator that makes things a lot easier carrying up and down all the stairs. Perfect for our family of 9 plus 2 babies. The layout of the house was perfect. The pool was just the right size. House is right on the bay!! Owners were amazing at communicating. We came in right behind the hurricane. Taylan and his wife kept us informed on the property and surrounding area. They were awesome. No issues at all with the house or property! We traveled with our 3 married kids and their spouses and our 1year old grandson. The main floor (kitchen/living room area) is huge! Our grandson had lots of room to crawl around and play. The beds are comfy, and every bedroom had a view! Having a beachfront house with a pool is a rare find! Night swims were a favorite! We cooked all of our meals except one in the well stocked kitchen. Port St Joe is a hidden gem!! Plenty of places to eat and “beach” without the large crowds and over development. This beach house is tucked back in a private community, which makes it even better! Our family absolutely loved Port St. Joe. The house is perfect for a large family. The kids got to see dolphins, starfish(tons of them) stingrays, hermit crabs. Big kids got to snorkel! We loved every minute of our stay. Property managers took care of every request that we had. House was amazing, sunsets on the decks every night! Elevator was oh so helpful! House has everything your family will need:) Walk right out the back door and you are on the beach! No busy streets or tourist traps here! We Will Be Back! ##### Gretchen B. My family of 7, including my husband and me, our oldest son, his wife, and 9 month old, my other sons 21 and 18, my parents, our DIL’s parents, and a GF. There was plenty of space for everyone and even came equipped with a crib. It is a great location with plenty of privacy and room for everyone. ##### Pamela L.
