We took advantage of almost all the amenities, bike rides in the morning, kayaked out to St. Lucie Inlet Preserve Park (had the beach to ourselves), pool to cool off, even turned on the gas fireplace for all of 15 mins before it made the room too warm. Did not see the downstairs tenant at all and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Would definitely stay again...
