Sleeps four. Full bath. Refrigerator and microwave, Keurig Coffee maker. Very cold central air conditioning. Ample parking for vehicles and boat trailer. Additional amenities include outdoor shower, and access to commercial ice machine. Direct TV and WiFi. Less than one mile from the boat ramps and ten blocks to the beach and fishing pier. This is the perfect little bunk room to cool down and relax after a full day of fishing. The Hosts Mike & Amalia are the perfect hosts. They treat our kids as they are theirs! They even gave them bubbles, watermelon & a Tonka truck. There is a outdoor shower to wash off from the beach, a ice machine that is a life saver when you catch fish or just need to cool down beverages. It has a private feel with a outdoor seating area, a place to barbecue and just very relaxing all around. This place is also extremely clean which is a bonus! It was extremely clean, the parking for a truck and boat and extra vehicle was excellent and the ability to use the hose to clean up boat was.exceptional. they have an industrial ice machine for keeping stuff cool. Water pressure and temperature was great. This is the perfect place for POC if you are planning on fishing all day and need a place to sleep.
