Private Boat Slip. Communal Pool. This beautiful waterfront condo has a deck overlooking the harbor. Inside offers a stunning living area. As well as a great kitchen and dining area. All are located in one large open room, making it great for gathering and relaxing. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms all with private bathrooms. The master suite has a balcony overlooking the water. Outside you have access to a very large one door garage. One boat slip only. And there is a lovely pool for condo complex guest. Jessica was very helpful when we had trouble getting in. We were displeased that Internet wasn't working the first day, but fixed the next day. The condo was comfortable for 6 fishermen. Great location for fishing and dock access. The main floor and kitchen were comfortable for 6 fishermen and gear . Beautiful view of the bay and a wraparound deck. The only down side was the 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds , which was tight sleeping quarters for 4 old men . Had bad weather and lost power for about 6 hours , but Jessica , the property manager was great and took good care of our needs .and she was easy to contact and responded quickly. The rooms are great to accommodate the family with bunk beds, twin beds in another and the master bed, each room had its own bathroom which is great. We discovered the living room sofa had a pull out bed too. CONS: (the following are probably things they have no control over) The Pool was not very clean, it had leafs and the water looked dirty, and the Jacuzzi was not working so it also looked like it had better days. The master bedroom shower had a strong sewer smell but they have a nice febreeze you can spray. Would I stay there again. Yes.
