This oversized (180sqm) 4-bedroom unit with 5 balconies is perfect for the family getaway offering complimentary Wi-Fi, essentials and full linen supplied. The unit also has secure remote control (36sqm) underground basement car parking for 2 vehicles. Arguably one of the largest units available for rent in Port Macquarie, the expansive asset boasts a prominent open plan living and dining area with a large 65” smart TV, ceiling fan and HVAC unit which flows onto dual balconies with outdoor dining sets perfect for enjoying the water views and relaxing at the end of the day. The unit features a modern kitchen with a new full-sized double fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, kettle, toaster and general essentials. The kitchen also flows onto its own balcony with dining setting overlooking the water. Equipped with its own private internal laundry with both washing machine, dryer and ironing board ideal for long stays or days at the beach. The main bedroom comprises of a comfortable king bed, ceiling fan, TV, balcony and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and balcony, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and balcony and the 4th bedroom also has a queen, ceiling fan and balcony. The main bathroom has a separate basin and large mirror as well as separate bath and shower and separate toilet perfect to accommodate a number of guests. All linen and essentials are supplied and there is also a communal washing line if required. Note: For elderly or disabled guests there are no stairs leading into the property from the streetscape, pool or from the secure basement car park. With 6 adults and 1 toddler, accommodation can be difficult and expensive. This was not the case with the Flightdeck. Very clean and spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom appartment with a well equiped kitchen and had the bonus of a pool. This apartment was walking distance to Port Macquarie city centre, the beach, breakwall and playgrounds. Highly recommend and definitely will return. ##### K M D. Plenty of tv’s in bedrooms to escape to and a large terrace for a crowd, facing north, so sunny but also shade, lovely outlook over the caravan park to the water. Easy walking to cafes, restaurants and shops. A good variety of shops and a pedestrian friendly town. Parking at night in town can be difficult though, but you can walk to most restaurants. Altogether a great place to stay with friends in a lovely town. Would recommend a visit to the Koala hospital and the Tacking Point lighthouse only 10 minutes drive away.
