Inside, vaulted ceilings and wide windows keep the home bright and open. The living, kitchen, and dining areas flow together and out to the deck, the kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals, and two bedrooms give your group room to spread out. It is a relaxed, unfussy place to land after a day on the water or at the beach.



Beyond your door, Long Island Village offers resort amenities for every pace, and when the Gulf calls, the white sand of South Padre Island is a short drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook in, with granite counters, white cabinetry, an island with bar seating, and a full lineup of appliances including a refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Just off the kitchen, the glass dining table seats your group beneath bright windows with water views, steps from the deck.



Outdoor Space

The large covered waterfront deck is the heart of this home. Pull up a chair at the outdoor table, take in the channel views, and settle in for sunset over the water. A lower patio sits right at the canal's edge, the perfect spot to relax by the water.

Your stay includes access to the amenities of Long Island Village, a gated resort community on the water. Take a dip in the outdoor pool or the indoor lap pool, soak in the indoor hot tubs, or work out in the fitness center. Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire single-level waterfront home, including the covered deck and the in-unit washer and dryer, plus the shared amenities of the gated Long Island Village resort.



The home offers single-level living with no interior stairs and a ramped, step-free entry. Self check-in is available via lockbox for a simple, flexible arrival. Long Island Village is a gated community; you will receive entry details before arrival and pick up your gate card and amenity wristbands at the Welcome Center.



On-site parking is available for up to two vehicles, though space is limited as is typical in Long Island Village, and golf carts are a popular way to get around.

Long Island Village is a gated, amenity-rich resort community set on the water near Port Isabel, just across the Queen Isabella Causeway from South Padre Island. It is a friendly, golf-cart-paced place with pools, golf, tennis, a marina, and a full calendar of community activities, and it puts the beaches, fishing, and dining of the Texas Gulf Coast within easy reach.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended. Long Island Village sits just across the swing bridge from Port Isabel, with South Padre Island a short drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway, and many guests get around the community by golf cart. Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport and Valley International Airport in Harlingen are each roughly an hour away.



Other Things to Note:

• Due to ongoing construction and occasional water line repairs in the community, temporary water outages may occur during your stay. Most are restored within an hour, though some may last longer.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• The boat lift and dock at the home are not available for guest use.

• The minimum age to rent is 25.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• This is a single-level home with a ramped, step-free entry.

• Please respect Long Island Village community rules, and pick up your gate card and amenity wristbands at the Welcome Center on arrival.

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.

• Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total.
