  • Welcome to the Black River Cottage! Bring your friends and family to enjoy our 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath cottage with a private dock on the Black River. Living is on three levels. Master bedroom has en suite. Bathroom. Entry level is living, dining, kitchen, half bath with deck and electric fireplace. Upstairs is three bedrooms and two full baths. Lower level is radiant heat floors, full bar area with lounge area and TV, full bath, and walk out to 150 foot boat dock.

Hello! We hope you are enjoying the River. Checkout is at 10 a.m. To lock the door, press the lock button on the keypad after you have closed the door. Please do the following before you head out:
1) Strip beds, put sheets, pillowcases and towels in the washer, start bedding cycle. 2) Remove all opened foods (except pantry items). 3) Garbage/recycle go across the street to fenced in enclosure.

Rules

Dogs must be house trained and, if outside, on a 6 foot leash and under owner control.
No loud parties. Quiet hours start at 10 pm - 7 am during the week and 12pm to 8 am on the weekends.
Strip beds and start sheets on hot, start dishwasher, remove food, put all used towels on laundry room floor, take trash out to trash enclosure.
