Gas grill , 2 car garage, laundry room and big yard. Close to several Beaches, nice restaurants. Charlotte Sports Park , Spring baseball with the Tampa Bay Rays and a wide range of water sports, fishing etc. special note no houses with in 100 yards every way. House is well furnished. Beach chairs cooler and umbrella for a day at the beach. Men’s and women’s 10 speed cruising bikes, fishing poles and small tackle box . K cup coffee maker. 55” Smart TVs in every bedroom and in the living room. Message chair, blue tooth speaker for pool side music. Each bedroom is very private with the bathrooms separating the three bedrooms on one side of the house and the master and bath on the other. Very private house surrounded by my vacant lots. High chair, travel crib, sand toys , pool toys . I have found that taking the time to read reviews has worked out great for us in the past with VRBO. I would highly recommend this house! It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so it would be great for our entire family, however, this time it was just me and my husband. They had more than any other VRBO that we have stayed....there wasn't anything we looked for that wasn't there. This included anything you would need for the beach - beach towels, wagon, umbrellas, floats, chairs, coolers. The pool and outdoor area was amazing with 3 ceiling fans (if it is hot). Several of the bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room doors open up to the patio. If you are looking for restaurants in the area, we recommend Farlows on the Water, Locke and Key, Lighthouse Grille, Sharky's on the Pier, and Sandbar Tiki & Grill. Several of these restaurants you can make reservations if you visit during busy season. I don't think you will be disappointed if you stay here. It has absolutely everything you need from going to the beach, fishing, hanging out on the lanai or floating in the pool. Communication was great and we had the best time! George our Host was fantastic. Great Communications. House was spacious, with a Great Pool. It was located at the end of the street, so quiet but restaurants, movies, shopping very close by. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of linens, towels etc. Kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, baking dishes, you name it. We were not in need of anything. If we couldn't find anything, we texted and found it. 10 PLUS STARS!!!!! We will definitely rent again!!!! ##### Maureen S.
