Just a 30-second golf cart ride to the beach with beautiful ocean views! Enjoy a large deck, tiki bar, outdoor shower, and plenty of room to relax. Features 3 king bedrooms, a separate bunk room, kids' room, and board games for indoor fun. Ideal for beach getaways with style and space. Includes 2 living rooms for optimal enjoyment. House Rules \-PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE SWITCHES LABELED "LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE POSITION". Those are for the storm shutters and can be heavily damaged if you don't know how to work them. \-No Parties or Events – Only registered guests unless approved. \- No Smoking – Smoking inside is prohibited; outside only with proper disposal. \- No Pets – Unless prior approval is given. \- Do not touch the switches that have the label "leave in the middle".
