The biggest problem-ANTS, all through the house. We reported it and the owner responded promptly telling us she would try to get someone out to spray but no one ever came. Two of the toilet seats do not fit properly so they slide when you sit on them. Out of about 11 lights on the ground level only three worked. We had to clean the BBQ before using it and we cleaned after use as requested! I picked up popsicle sticks from the living room floor, took dirty dishes out of the dishwasher and washed them, there is mold in the master bathtub, no dishwasher detergent although you are asked to load dirty dishes and start the dishwasher before leaving, we just washed all dishes by hand, one of the deck chairs needs to be repaired, a renter before us left bait in the ground level sink that we cleaned up but of course the area stunk for two more days, the mildew smell is bad throughout the house and the bed in the master has mold all over the mattress cover and the sheets will not stay on the mattress. Apr 4, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Girls' Weekend Great time spent with friends and family before a first wedding. We had a catered brunch scheduled for another house in Holiday Beach, but when we entered the main room, our immediate reaction was....."this is perfect". The chef agreed when he came Saturday morning. We were able to get sun on the front porch and even had a pinata hanging from the upstairs' railing that exploded on the grass below. We all really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have been there longer. ##### Jennifer G.
