The small house consists of two double bedrooms (140 cm beds) on the upper floor. On the ground floor, the open kitchen is equipped with a vitroceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a top refrigerator, filter and capsule coffee makers (Senseo), a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle and various kitchen appliances (electric wok, mini chopper...).

The dining room-living room has a television and gives access to the small garden and its terrace with furniture: loungers, table for outdoor meals, electric barbecue and awning.

A bathroom (renovation 2026) and an independent toilet complete the rental.



The accommodation has an adjoining laundry room with a washing machine and an additional refrigerator. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, an ironing board and iron, a travel cot, and a high chair are also provided.



The residence allows you to access: a heated swimming pool from 8 May to 15 September, two tennis courts, a boules pitch, a club house with ping-pong tables and a children's play area.

Free parking spaces are available just a stone's throw from your accommodation.

The tourist tax will be added to the rental amount and must be paid in advance of your stay. During the stay, there will be no renewal of household linen, nor cleaning.



Depending on the platform used to book your stay, a deposit may be required in the form of a pre-authorisation on your bank card during the final payment. This amount will not be debited and will be automatically cancelled after your departure, provided no damage has been observed.
