In terms of location - perfect! I was there to watch netball at the arena and you couldn't ask for more! Walkable distance - check! Nearby cafes - check! Fantastic staff - check! The only hiccup was accessing the free parking (not obvious)... you need to park nearby first, and check-in to have a staff member show you free parking spaces - once you're in the know - perfect!

I have no problem with this hotel, from when I first arrived until I left. The Duty Manager clearly explained what I needed to know. The cleaning staff were friendly & provided an excellent service which I really appreciated. The only downside was the early morning music from the adjoining gym, which I understand was being looked into.

Parking ok ..not secure. Area was run down and always felt on edge looking over shoulder.took uber outbof area to get dinner. Room was ok No one on reception although artived at 4pm before reception closed. Parking behind hotel was in big parking lot .not secure
