- Against the background of the constantly increasing demand for above-average furnished apartments in quiet and quiet residential areas in Croatia, we have decided to offer our guests that "special": The apartment in Porec offers a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance. A loggia is a matter of course, as are partially assigned garden areas and a shared barbecue area.
Due to the individual location of the apartment in Porec-Süd, residential area "Novo Naselje" and in close proximity to the "Plava Laguna" (blue lagoon). It is only about 300 meters to the popular beach and sports boat harbor.
