Guests have access to a large, partially fenced plot with a communal pool and a wooded area where children can play freely on the swings and slide. There are plenty of parking spaces available on site. The flat is conveniently located near a busy road and the owners live on the first floor. The Petra 1 flat opposite the pool offers a cosy living area. It is designed for 35 guests and comprises a living room with a kitchen area, a dining table and a pull-out sofa for two people. The living room opens onto a covered terrace with garden furniture. The flat also has a double bedroom with access to the terrace, a single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
