- Apartments Stefani are located in Novo naselje, only 350 m from the beach Brulo and 800m from the city center of Porec away. There are two apartments in the house and the owner lives on the ground floor. Parking is in the front of the house.
Apartment Stefani B5 for 4-5 persons with a surface of 60m2 is located on the first floor and it has been completely renovated. It consist of a living area with a modern kitchen, dining table and sleeping couch for 1 person, two sleeping rooms with double beds and booth with acess to the nice covered terrace with see view and garden furniture, bathroom with shower/toilet. Wifi internet connection and air condition are availaible.
