Negatives - it's not worth $100 a night. The laminate flooring was swept but filthy. After 15 minutes of pacing around the room during a phone call, the soles of my feet were black. After showering, I shuffled to the bed on the bath mat, and it was black and grimy afterwards. The shower dripped and the overall quality of the room was benign neglect bordering on decay."

"It was quiet and clean and working properly. There wasn’t security so I wouldn’t feel safe with my wife staying there by herself. But for the both of us together or me by myself, I’ll definitely go back, as long as a view to the bay is available with the third, fourth, or fifth floor available."

"The property is falling apart full of black mold. The pillows looked like something you would get in jail. No trash can was provided. The towels were black. Tv didn’t work. My husband and I were taking a shower the handle to the tub broke off he had to be a handyman and fix it for free. It was an overall horrible experience. Never again!!!! "
