The house benefits from a courtyard garden, balcony and both a garage space and off-street parking space with a Tesla electric charging point. Entrance hall leading to ground floor bedroom (single bed with pull out to to make a double bed), doors leading to courtyard garden. Utility room with washer / dryer and shower. Separate ground floor cloakroom with Japanese toilet. Stairs to first floor - open plan living and dining area with balcony and sea glimpses. Separate fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, electric 4 burner hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, and microwave . Stairs to second floor - master bedroom (kingsize 5ft bed), second bedroom (2x 2ft 6ins singles or zip and link kingsize double). Family bathroom (shower over bath, sink and toilet).
