The Neighborhood: POOLE QUAY - Poole Quay is an exciting, ever-changing blend of maritime activity and a focal point for a wide range of entertainment and leisure pursuits. Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman\`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors\` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. The apartment was modern, and had most essentials, some of kitchen layout was interesting a lamp that fitted close to the kitchen cupboard which knocked the lamp when you opened the door. Good powerful shower and quick central heating system that warmed up all rooms well. Bed was comfortable. Mostly clean but some of the floor was a bit unclean on arrival and some items in cupboard were dusty and sticky. Generally quiet in the evening. ##### Nina G.
