The Space:
Two bedroom apartment situated on the Harbour Reach development just south of Poole lifting bridge benefiting from a balcony with beautiful harbour views with the Purbecks in the distance. Located just a few minutes walk to Hamworthy beach and park, and 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities.
Lift and level access. Open plan Lounge / Dining area leading to a balcony with harbour views. Comprehensively equipped throughout. Fully fitted kitchen. Master Bedroom (4ft 6ins standard double) benefiting from ensuite bathroom (shower cubicle, sink and toilet). Second bedroom (twin beds - 2x 3ft singles). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, toilet and sink).
Parking - Two reserved parking space in the development`s own gated parking area under the apartments. (max height 2.1m / 6ft 8ins)
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - Smart 43inch television. WIFI broadband facility.
Kitchen - Dishwasher, Hob, Oven, Fridge / Freezer, Micowave and Washer/ Dryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. No Pets.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
The Neighborhood:
HAMWORTHY - POOLE'S INNER HARBOUR AREA - Just 10 minutes` walk from Poole Quay via Poole`s historic lifting bridge, Hamworthy is a quieter, predominantly residential area and Harbour Reach is the latest example of regeneration in this convenient location. The development offers some of the prettiest views of the natural harbour with Poole Yacht Club in the foreground and a wonderful vista across the harbour, to Corfe Castle and the Purbeck Hills beyond. Located close to Cobb`s Quay Marina Hamworthy is a great base both for strolling into Town, and for driving out to explore the wider Dorset region.

Very clean. Good shower. Excellent parking.
Great views but do have to walk through back streets to get around to harbour.
WiFi not strong enough for BBC iPlayer to work.

Great base for a good family vacation
Quay Vacations’ properties are always very reliable, well maintained and comfortable. The team is also super responsive and helpful. The profile photos accurately describe the property and surrounding area. This apartment is very conveniently located. All in a great base for a vacation with family.
