« It was our second time staying at this beautiful hotel. The employees and the installations are amazing . Everything is also super accessible (stores, restaurants, public transportation). BUT, we had a little problem with the bathroom : it needed some work done. The very small sink needed some caulk and had almost no pressure. But overall, we had an amazing stay at the Nylo :) »

« Overall the room and the property were clean, which is most important to me. However, the room was overpriced for what I received. Also, the coffee pot in the downstairs lobby was empty three out of the five mornings I went to get coffee from it. I politely asked the front desk agents to have someone bring a replacement pot of coffee and each seemed mildly annoyed and it took long for the replacement pot to arrive (one time it took 30 minutes). Also, a complimentary breakfast should be included...

« The Fairfield Inn hotel is our go-to accommodation when we're in central Rhode Island. It has everything we need for a comfortable stopover on our way to other vacation sites. We particularly like the complimentary breakfast (might we get a plant-based hot dish, though)? We will definitely return. »
