"Endroit très agréable de tout point de vue, en bas de la descente de Caldeira à Pai Antonio. L'hôtel se repère bien grâce à la photo. L'hôtesse est adorable, elle nous a fait un bon petit déjeuner à 5.30 h du matin. Il faut savoir que l'endroit est isolé , loin de la ville, mais il y a des alugers qui passent pas loin. "As others said, the rooms can get hot as they are still heated by the lava under it... but this is the nicest place in town and the most relaxed stay you'll have anywhere... and they will arrange anything you need. Guide, transport, mountain bikes, breakfast crazy early in the morning... make sure you book a guide to go up the volcano, going alone is crazy as you'll end up going the wrong way and be a danger to yourself and others."

"We booked two nights at this hotel. We contacted the owner on whats app to let them know about our stay. We got in reply that they were not in the island at the moment, they were in vacation... so we couldn't able to stay at their place. We had to booked somewhere else, since then we haven't got any news from them, no apologies and no refund ! We called two times Hotels.com to let them know and try to join the owner as well few times without answer, this is not professional at all !!"

"house is still a construction side, even if you know, that water is scarce there, the installation of the whole water distribution system is not finished. actually no water availabe, to take even a cold water shower,water for toilet flushing only in a barrel , to be taken out by hand. bed not ok. very basic kind of breakfast. To ebookers: to offer this place on your side is not a proof of good quality management . We moved out next morning and cancelled the stay then."
