Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La terrasse est intime et ombragé ce qui était parfait pour nous. Les photos représente bien l’endroit. Par contre les équipements de cuisine sont limités. Nous en avons fait part au propriétaire pour améliorer son service

Left early morning, came back late at night so it was a nice quiet cozy place to come back to after a long day out. Comfy bed. Good location and good price. Not used to solar water heater. Parking was manageable. A/C worked great. Could feel the humidity upon returning at night. Highly recommend a humidifier. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Had to get used .

Placewas clean but old. Needs up keep. Neighbors dog would bark at all times of the night and early morning. Could not sleep without being woke. Thetvwas impossible to get Netflix runng. Went to Walmart to buy a cable to play movies off my phone. The toilet had a leak on th front of the bowl. We thought it was shower water but if you kept the door close ovwrnightor qhile away it would smell like piss really bad

Cuando llegamos la hab esta lista y nos recibieron muy bien. En terminos generales todo estubo bien. Recomendación: la ducha es muy pequeña y al bañarse sientes la cortina pegada al cuerpo. Pueden cambiar el tubo a uno ovalado (lo venden el walmart y home depot economico) y ese problema se resuelve.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Wonderful location, close to every place I wanted to visit. Had issues with entrance. Armando took care of it within minutes. Totally recommended as a host.

#### Safe, clean, and cool

The apartment is in a quiet, residential neighborhood that feels and looks safe. Everything was clean, another concern of most travelers. Being in Puerto Rico in August, temperature and humidity go hand-in-hand, but the apartment has a very nice air conditioning system that we valued highly. There is a shaded patio in front of the apartment that looks like a cool, relaxing spot, but we did not have an opportunity to spend time there. When we checked the reviews for places to stay in the area, this property had the best comments and they were accurate. The bedroom has two beds, a queen and a twin. The bathroom is small, but clean and everything works. The well appointed, full size kitchen is a little small, but has everything you need for a stay of any length. This is a perfect place for two or three people to spend some time and can serve as a base of operations for exploring the city and the area around it. We certainly will consider this property the next time we need a place to stay in this city.

It is the second time I stay in one of Armando’s properties. They are both well kept and clean. The location is good and neighborhood is quiet. The reason why I give the 4 star rate this time is because of parking problems. The first time I stayed and this second time I had issues with the parking. The spots are limited and narrow. There was no solution for my parking issue the first time and had to park 3 doors down on a curve.

#### Perfect Location!

My family and I needed a place to stay so we could attend my grandmother's funeral. It was close to all that we needed. Surprisingly close! The room was perfect. Clean, safe, and comfortable. Armando was the perfect host. I had an issue with the WiFi, and he called me immediately to assist. Overall, if you need a clean and safe place to stay and easy access to attractions, do not hesitate. I can't wait to revisit Puerto Rico. Thank you, Armando, for being an amazing host!
