"The accommodations were very nice. Great care had gone into providing directions for use, design of rooms, and especially the activity room. Although the outdoor accommodations were relaxing the hot weather kept us in the spacious home. Most of our time was spent in the activity room as we enjoyed the bar, shuffleboard, pool table, tall seating small tables, and especially the authentic blackjack table with real poker chips. Each of the three tables had a small bin with a deck of cards and unique games. The longhorn stock of cattle made the quaint ranch even more authentic. Although the home has sleeping for 10, it is spacious enough to support a larger group."

"Great stay. The front desk lady was so nice and helpful, thank you. I was able to check in early. The room's very clean, the beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean, breakfast was great. So much food to choose from. Thanks for the nice stay once again."

"We enjoyed the pool including star gazing. The house was clean. The floors were very clean. Plenty of towels, cookware and options for grilling. The kitchen was very clean. Thank you for the coffee pods.The back porch concrete area around the grill needs power washed with dawn or tide to degrease it. The yard around the house need light pickup of items laying. If I had brought my dogs, which I didn’t, I wouldn’t be able to stay without walking my dogs on a leash. The backyard isnt secure for any dog except a large dog.If I ever visit Ponca City again, I would definitely stay at this house. Ponca City is a gem. I don’t know about all the cool places before visiting."
