Everything was Amazing

I didn’t like that there was nowhere to heat up my food on the property

Had a nice stay except for the ants in the bed. The staff moved us away but my husband and I slept with the ants all night. Itching. Move to the next room the ants were in the bathroom. Guess its just that time if the year. Ceasars did give 50 dollar coupon to eat in the casino for the inconvenience. ( 50.00 dollars is not enough) Hells Kitchen was awesome!!!

I would recommend Showboat Hotel Atlantic City for the attractions, but not for staying overnight. The water park, arcade, and go-karting were really fun and are great for families. That was definitely the highlight of our trip. However, the hotel itself is outdated. My husband and I booked a large suite with an ocean view, which was beautiful, but the room didn’t match expectations. The furniture was old, the carpet was torn, and the TV was outdated—we couldn’t use our Fire Stick and had to rely on cable. There were also maintenance issues. One shower didn’t drain properly, and the other had a broken showerhead. The jacuzzi tub didn’t feel clean enough to use, which was disappointing. The bed was comfortable, though. Food options were limited. Most places required leaving the hotel, and the on-site restaurants we tried were not very good. The best options were the food cart near check-in and the gift shop. The food at the water park was good. Some restaurants we wanted to try (steakhouse, sushi, and Italian) were closed, which was frustrating. Overall, we would return for the attractions with our kids, but we would stay at a different hotel nearby.

This hotel was amazing. When you walk in and see it in person, you are taken back on how beautiful it is. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was also. The bar and restaurant (Salt) were amazing as well. I will definitely be back soon.
