Beautiful and new countryside villa between Pollença and Puerto Pollença.

Lovely countryside villa in rustic and contempoary style built on ground level, distributed in L-shaped form.
The house is situated on a secondary road between Pollença town and the Llenaire beach in Puerto Pollença in a quiet area but with good communications.
The bedrooms suitable for six or seven adults are spacius and comfortable with a rustic and modern touch decor.
Being a single floor villa it is ideal for people with reduced mobility as all the bedrooms have direct and easy access to the exterior and lounge areas. There is AC in all the bedrooms.
The barbeque and ping pong table are situated beside the large swimming pool.
Cot and highchair are also available at no extra cost. The house has wireless internet adsl.

Lovely villa!
We had a lovely stay, Gabriel and his family very helpful. 5 to 10mins to Puerto Pollensa, lovely quiet location. The pool is great, table tennis table and basket ball hoop also great!

Traditional villa in a quiet location
Lovely quiet villa located in the countryside but only 5 minutes from Puerto Pollensa. A car is a must, or it will be a long, hot walk! The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The aircon is in the bedrooms only, which is perfect, and is set to come on to cover the evening/night. You can switch it off if you wish. Each bedroom has an ensuite, which is a bonus and very unusual. There is a wall safe in the main bedroom. The pool is a great size with 6 sun loungers and more than enough seating. We were a family of 6 adults. The ping pong table was a hit - new bats would be a bonus. We were all bitten by mosquitoes so take spray and bite cream. But you would be hard pushed not to get bitten wherever you stay. Gabriel provided the co-ordinates of the villa's location. However, including the name of the villa as well, would be helpful. We had a very easy and enjoyable week.

Spacious and stunning
This villa is superbly located- close to Pollensa and Port de Pollensa - but tucked away enough so you feel secluded. The pool is absolutely stunning and we loved the outdoor space for eating, chilling and playing. Inside, the property stays cool and the rooms are lovely and spacious. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.

Relaxing in peaceful location
Lovely villa with all amenities we needed and great pool. The veranda was good shade and close to the pool to watch the children easily. A short drive to Pollensa and Alcudia towns both with great shops and restaurants and close to some beautiful beaches. Was managed by the owner's relative who was very friendly and helpful if we needed advice and always got straight back to us. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful villa
My husband and I stayed in this wonderful villa with four other adults. Each spacious bedroom had it's own en-suite bath/shower room. There's a large living/dining area plus a good size kitchen/utility room. The outside area is also spacious with plenty of areas to gather together or have time alone. The pool was perfect. We never felt on top of eachother. Gabriel is a wonderful host. Very kind and considerate. We arrived on the day of a rather scary storm and he rang to check we were ok and to offer us food in case we could not get out to the supermarket. The villa is set in the countryside but you are only minutes away by car from the main port (parking in the residential areas was easy) and from local supermarkets. You do need a car to get around though (or perhaps a bike). We had two cars so found taking one into the port and leaving it overnight was a good solution after a few glasses of wine. Return taxi varied from 9 euros for 4 and 12 for 6. We loved this property and would certainly return. The only minor point we would make is that it might be time to update the bedding and towels. Thank you Gabriel for allowing us to experience your lovely property.

Beautiful villa, clean and well maintained . Location just what you want if you prefer tranquility but close enough to both the port with its lovely beach and the town of pollensa . Our host was delightful and very welcoming .

Quiet and rural but convenient for beaches and shops
We really enjoyed our 11 day stay in this clean and spacious villa. There were only 2 of us but there would be plenty of room for a family of 6. It was well equipped with just about everything you could want and the pool looked fabulous; unfortunately it wasn't warm enough for me to try it! It was very comfortable and well appointed, although I think the double bed had seen better days. Gabriel was very helpful, meeting us near the villa so that we didn't have any of the issues other people seemed to have had in finding it. The location really suited us, as it felt as if it was in the middle of the countryside but in reality was a short driving distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. We cooked at the villa most nights, enjoying the bbq and the local produce. The markets are fabulous! We would certainly stay there again. Thank you Gabriel. A word of warning - there are no garages at the airport so fill up your car before you get there and leave yourself plenty of time to check in.

Villa difficult to find from road as there are no signs but owner came out to meet us and open up villa. Would highly recommend and hope to return. Owner very pleasant and helpful

Beautiful and Spacious Villa, set in the scenic countryside. Beaches and Restaurants only a short drive away. Agree with other comments regarding difficult to find, although the villa owner Gabriel was more than happy to come and meet us and guide us to the villa. A welcome pack with some essentials would have made our stay even more perfect.

Comfortable villa in a quiet semi-rural location 10 mins from Pollenca/Pte de Pollenca/Alcudia. Gabriel (owner) popped by to ensure we were comfortable. Nice pool area / garden enjoyed by our teenagers and toddler alike. Maybe put a sign at the drive entrance to help find it but even so the co-ordinates worked on my phone map ap. John M (uk)

Villa
The villa is situated between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, with horses and chickens in the adjacent land. It is also secluded, being surrounded by trees, gates, etc which proved ideal as we had a young infant in our party. The only issue I have is that the Villa is not named, even with the exact co-ordinates, the sat nav directed us to a small dirt track road, (we then discovered the villa is about 50yards down here),if Truc Villa was displayed at road end as with other villas in Cami de Llenaire, it would make life easier. Gabriel was very helpful. In Pollensa there is a Lidl with Eroski supermarket across the road, which is approx. 20mins walking, 4 mins in a car.

Great Place!
We had an awesome time and a lot of fun. There is everything you need for a good vacation. We had a rental car and went to different beaches and villages every day. It's great around there! Should have brought more sunscreen and some mosquito spray to our first evening.

Tolle Finca. Schöne Umgebung.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Genügend Platz, toller Pool, nicht weit zum Strand und weiteren schönen Ausflugszielen. Dabei waren wir mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs. Einzig die Betten entsprechen nicht mehr ganz unserem von zu Hause gewohnten Standard. Insgesamt aber gerne wieder :)
