This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at and we have travelled a lot! It is a small hotel and with that you get fantastic service. The breakfast was the most amazing hotel breakfast we’ve ever had- everything was fresh, local and homemade. It was so delicious I can’t put it into words. The roof terrace was beautiful and had views over the sea. The rooms was lovely too. Also, the service is impeccable due to it being family run and the staff were always on hand for recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Polignano.

This property is something special. You can tell that it is family run and a labour of love. They are so helpful and the breakfasts are truly insane. A huge spread of homemade sweet and savoury food. We had the room with the hot tub, which was lovely. I strongly recommend going to the rooftop terrace for sunset! We will be back

The rooms were spacious and modern and in a great location. The staff were amazing and looked after us as if we were family. They provided homemade breakfast each morning which were nothing short of sensational. If we ever come back to Pogliano A Mare, we will definitely stay here and not bother looking elsewhere.

Arrival was east and helpful. Carola helped us book restaurants and gave us tips on things to see and do. The room was lovely and the bed and pillows were outstanding. Carola’s papa’s enthusiasm for the Puglian breakfast that he had made was fantastic. We felt so welcome and wished that we had stayed longer.

Just perfect!!!
These rooms were great, everything we needed was provided for and the location is unbeatable. The breakfasts are amazing. Carola and her dad are very friendly and approachable. We did have a slight issue with noise as our bedroom is right above a bar and one night was a bit rowdy, but the other 2 nights were much quieter. This is a great place and will highly recommend staying here. Thank you Carola for a fantastic stay and all your wonderful recommendations.

Great location and amazing hosts
This charming b&b is in a great location to base yourself with a lovely rooftop area with magnificent views. The breakfast menu each day was different and everything homemade and delicious from the wonderful owners. We would highly recommend this fabulous place. Thank you!

Lovely property with excellent hosts, breakfast was delicious and varied everyday. Classic room was nicely decorated & comfortable although a little small, no full length wardrobe & lacking daylight, fine for a few nights but not ideal for a longer stay. The roof terrace was beautiful, very well laid out, clean & comfortable.

Perfectly located hotel with wow factor
Our stay was brilliant. The room was small but well equipped with modern and functional equipment, a well stocked mini bar, good air conditioning, and a good shower. The things that made the hotel stand out were the roof terrace and the incredible breakfast provided within the cost of the room. There was a full freshly cooked buffet with meats, cheeses, quiche and some brilliant cakes and pastries. The roof terrace has great 360° views of the sea and the rest of Polignano, with a jacuzzi, sunbeds, a shaded seating area and a shower for cooling off when it gets too hot. Due to the hotel being quite small it was empty when we used it. The staff were also brilliant, with perfect English, and very helpful with every request we had. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the old town less than 5 mins walk from anything you’d want to visit within Polignano. Overall, pretty faultless.

Location could not be better, detailed decorated with implacable taste. The owner is something else, extremely helpful, friendly making us feeling very special. Be ready for a feast breakfast with regional and homemade dishes and ingredients, I am moving there! F&C Cincinatti Ohio

Great place to stay, The Staff is fully committed to making you have the best possible time during your stay. Breakfast options are delicious and vary almost every day. It's in the middle of everything yet very quiet inside since the rooms don´t face the main street. Rooms amenities and decorations are all you need for a perfect stay. You can park close by for 20 euros a night which we recommend, also they help you transfer with luggage when you arrive and leave. Thanks for everything our stay was Fantastic !

Per Quintessenza Luxury Domus credo si debba ricorrere al superlativo assoluto: magnificentissima !! Completamente rapita dalla bellezza della Puglia e dalla cortesia dimostrataci dal Sig.re Nunzio, proprietario del Quintessenza. Ubicata nel centro storico di Polignano, questa dimora di recente ristrutturazione, ti fa sentire come a casa. Ti accoglie con le sue mura bianche, con la pulizia delle camere che profumano di buono, con il bagno dall’avveniristica doccia con led multicolori e radio, con la morbidezza delle sue lenzuola, con la comodità del letto, con la vista dei tetti di Polignano, con il profumo del mare che entra al mattino dal balconcino, con il profumo della ricca colazione al primo mattino, con la vista dell’imbrunire dalla terrazza arredata con sdraio e jacuzzi. Sentirsi coccolati, assaporando al mattino le prelibatezze preparate per rendere il soggiorno unico ed iniziare la giornata in pace col mondo. Torte salate e dolci, formaggi strepitosi serviti con una lacrima di olio pugliese e pepe, brioche appena sfornate, frutta bio, fichi appena colti , salumi …. pane, marmellata, ogni mattina cose diverse. Una chicca, oltre al parcheggio riservato, il transfer dal suddetto alla struttura , in risciò elettrico sia all’andata che al ritorno. E poi dulcis in fundo, la pacatezza e la disponibilità del proprietario , che dimostra di amare la propria struttura al punto dal condividere questo suo amore con gli ospiti facendoli sentire a casa!

위치가 아주 좋아요~
가격이 조금 비싸긴 하지만 위치나 서비스는 훌륭해요. 가족이 운영하는데 다들 너무 친절하고 특히 아버님이 아이들을 엄청 예뻐하세요^^ 편안히 잘 쉬다가 갑니다!
