"З самого приїзду був зіпсований настрій, коли мені повідомили, що моє бронювання не оплачене. Другим неприємним "сюрпризом" було те, що басейну у готелю немає. Хоча на фото дуже привабливі види декількох басейнів. Також система по фільрам вказує наявність басейну. Насправді то фото Voda Club, вхід в який є платний як і для всіх інших туристів. Навіть знижки немає. Третій негатив - відчуття "затасканості" номеру. Багато всього або зламано, або на межі. Четвертий негатив - прибирання в номері...

"I like only sauna( the temperature was well), I don’t like: sometimes bad smell in this area from outside. And worst: when I arrived and wanted to change the room to higher category their manager( man) told me that their hotel doesn’t work with Expedia that it’s some fault that I booked through Expedia hotel Milli & Jon and told me that he won’t take the changing through Expedia and will change for mor expensive price from deck only, which he did ."

"Proximity to the ski lifts is this hotel’s benefit. Other than that it is rather mediocre and overpriced property exploiting their location. Breakfast is scarse, staff is nice but poorly trained. Will stay there again if there are no other decent options."

"The property appears to be available for booking on Orbitz/Expedia; however, the booking details are not transferred to the property's reception, and the owner claimed they had never registered with Orbitz/Expedia. My booking was confirmed, but when I arrived, they were unable to find my reservation, and no rooms were available for that night. I had to find a place to stay elsewhere in the late afternoon. They should be removed from Orbitz/Expedia."
