« Staff, grounds and food all exceptional. Room - no issues, exactly what you would expect in Nepal (Pokhara) at this price. Had an issue with a leaking tap, which I reported and was fixed within the hour. Only issue I had with this hotel was external - the Pokhara fun fair which is about 100 yards away and is loud - but that is only an issue if you are early to bed (before 9:30pm - as it quietens down then). I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Pokhara. Staff in particular were...

« Was happy to see some creature comforts here as it was newly renovated in the last year, I was treated like a princess here… Shiva was my host manager & was always present for help with hot water which takes some patience but it worked really well for a long time; Shiva also helped with driving me downtown to help rent a scooter, to a meditation course up in Bakunde & the airport! Him & his staff were generous with carrying my luggage’s, helping me change a room due to dead flies (so highly...
