The room was as expected. The wifi was the problem. It wasnt strong enough to power the internet for the TV. I hooked up my hotspot to use the television at night.

The room was clean when entering. The bed a king size had a bedspread with cigarette hole marks in several places. Also, for a King bed there was only two small thin pillows. When we requested another pillow the front desk lady could only locate one and told us maintenance could provide more the next day. I asked the maid the next day about pillows she referred me to the front desk. Needless to say we never got the pillows. We bought some since my husband is on CPAP machine. Overall it was a nice stay. My recommendation would be to better educate the staff as to who handles what so the customer can get something done.

Staff was very nice especially at the pool/beach and bar. We loved our spacious room and view. We did not use the spa. Coffee bar was delicious and cute. Loved the fresh juices. We would revisit this hotel.
Room for improvement: The breakfast was delicious but food service was a little slow. Room cleaning staff was very slow and not timely, but they got it done.
