Honesta e objetiva
Embora muito bem localizado e com excelente corpo de funcionários (com exceção de um único recepcionista que deve estar ansioso por sua aposentadoria), a estrutura física do hotel deixa muito a desejar: muito antigo, sem alguns atributos de conforto obrigatórios como ar condicionado, etc. A limpeza do apartamento também deixou muito a desejar, não sendo feita regularmente. Troca de toalhas não é efetuada diariamente.
