"Wir hatten uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden, da wir nach den Stadtbesichtigungen von Pilsen, Karlsbad und Prag Abends den Wellnessbereich nutzen wollten. Bei Ankunft schon die Ernüchterung, Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs gegen Voranmeldung. Bei der Beschreibung in Expedia war nur die Wellnessbehandlung (sprich hierunter fallen normal Massagen etc) angesprochen, was ja üblich ist. Weder an der Rezeption noch die versandte E-Mail brachte Erfolg, dass sich das Hotel dem Problem annahm. Dann...

"Although we had to park in a local garage and walk to the hotel, it took less than 10 minutes. The trade-off was being in a central location to the town square and festivals which made the rest of our stay very easy and relaxing. "Die Unterkunft sieht genau so gut aus wie auf den Bildern. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Ebenso ein Parkplatz vor der Tür. Des Weiteren war auch die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte nichts. Wir haben erst ein paar Stunden vor der Ankunft gebucht aber auch das war kein Problem und der Check Inn verlief reibungslos. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich eine Baustelle. "Such a beautiful town and everything is walkable. The hotel restaurant was booked our first night for dinner, so the front desk helped us book another equally amazing restaurant for dinner. The spa/hot tubs were lovely, though we weren't able to schedule any services. Lunch at the main restaurant was a highlight \*\*expensive but worth it! The room was well appointed with comfy bedding and pillows - plus a chocolate! And now I need to go back!!"

"Hotel is 2 minutes walk to the historical downtown. The buffet breakfast is excellent, choices of meat cuts, eggs sunny side up, scrambled, hard boiled, bakery and sweets, espresso, cappuccino, cheese, fruits of many kinds etc. This is a world winning breakfast buffet ! Hotel is very clean and staff friendly. Nice place to stay. Only one negative was quite hard mattresses. We asked for extra duvets and slept on it, it made a diference."
