Friendly, affordable
Cold Spring Resort was a very affordable, basic resort. The staff were amazing and helpful. The only thing I would improve on is to either provide coffee/tea in the apartments or let people know that it is not available, since in my experience most resorts/hotels do offer it.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit. Older property, well maintained and super clean! New carpet and paint. Beds and couches need upgrade. Pool area nice and clean, plenty of seating and umbrellas. They DO NOT provide pool towels. Great location. Would stay here again.

The Condo was clean; fresh towels were provided daily. The kitchen was complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave, dishes, pots, pans. The only complaint was the air conditioning units are not central air and did not work very well.

We always have a great time staying at Coldspring! It’s close to everything and has some great amenities (literally right next to a golf course for example!). However, the property needs an upgrade/facelift. (Our kitchen sink was leaking, the deck needs some work, and the second bedroom has no air conditioning.) But I would stay here again for sure!

Good condo and location
Nice central location near Lakes and Mountains, restaurants and fun shops. Condo very clean! Beds mostly comfortable! With minor updates (update curtains and comforters and fresh paint) the place would be awesome! But even without updates I would recommend it because of cleanliness and location and on site pools!

This is the perfect place for a quick getaway. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful, and great food in town. We will definitely return!!

Pros: location. Next to golf-course where you could do snowshoeing and cross-country skiing and sledding in the back yard. Spacious apartment with a kitchenette. Parking right in front of the apartment. Cons: mattress was not comfortable. Not all front desk staff was masked up even though it is the law and they had sign all over the premise. Walls were thin where i could hear the neighbor’s alarm.

We came at the perfect time our place faces the golf course and there was a whole golf course of snow we practically had to ourselves. This is like a cabin rental., attached units.

Staff are so great! They definitely make you feel at home super friendly and can tell you where to eat and what fun activities to do! We came for a wedding in Plymouth and had a great time.

Fantastic stay for PSU Parents Weekend
We absolutely loved our stay. Was attending Patents Weekend at Plymouth State University. It was so convenient and a short drive to the campus. Our unit was so spacious and clean and comfortable. We went for a swim and hot tub at the indoor facility and it was great! I wish I could have stayed longer we loved it! Will definitely be back!

Nice for family, more like a camping resort
We took a trip to Boston and drove up and stayed here over 4th of July with our daughter & granddaughter. Were just looking for relaxation. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and we spent most of our time at the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals and we used the grills and playground. Lots of mosquitos in the woods so hiking was out. We stopped at a nearby beach and went to a flower garden while there.

This would be an excellent review due to the great customer service and beautiful room. The reason it is getting a good is because we booked an apartment with a queen bed and got a full size bed. Disappointed with the lack of sleep due to the bed being much to small for my husband and me.

We were so happy with our stay and would definitely go back! The unit was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The view overlooking the distant mountains was so beautiful. Some have mentioned the beds. We found them to be very comfortable, but they are not pillow tops, which my husband was happy for his back sake. We loved this place!

Very nice area. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Cold springs is centrally located to stores, restaurants and Plymouth State University. Their location is perfect. We will be staying there again for our return visit.

The condo was clean, well appointed with everything we needed, and comfortable. The only things we found that could use improvement were the pillows were foam and uncomfortable. A minor issue was that the paper products, like tp and kleenex were very cheap, like industrial kind. Furnishings and amenities were great, though. Peaceful view over the golf course and both pools were very popular. Would definitely stay hear again. It is a great value.

Spacious attached townhome within 100 yards of main clubhouse and beautiful clay tennis courts. Clubhouse has clean and crisp indoor and outdoor pools with towel service. There is also a nice arcade room and DVD library and ping pong table for the kids. We were up here for visiting day at my son's camp and for a lot less money we got a much better place to stay than most of the parents who chose another resort that shall remain nameless, but which was described as dated (as in 1950's dated)! Cold Spring let us check in very early and the unit had a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and everything else you would expect plus a wonderful screened in deck to go with the regular, outdoor deck gazing into a pine forest. There was not a single piece of paper to be found on the property and we just felt cozy, safe and secure here with our young children.
