"Very comfy big bed, shower and taps took ages to get hot, but eventually did. Lots of tea and coffee options in room together with a fridge with wine and snacks if required. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Bit strange going in and out at back of the building, but happy to recommend as somewhere central to stay."

The room was comfortable and clean albeit a little too warm at night. Our breakfast was tasty and varied served by a very polite young lady. "Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was put in room #1 which is right next to the door to the reception as well as the stairwell. The room has _zero_ sound insulation so every time someone exited or entered the reception area, the door would slam shut. The room vibrated with every slam. Additionally, you heard every stomp of feet on the staircase. I checked out at 3:15am because it was a waste of time to stay any longer."
