On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Plovan, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach, 20 m from the stream. For shared use: natural state property 2 ha, lawn and trees. Private: garden 200 m2 (not fenced) lawn, parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach 4 km. Surf school 4 km. Nearby attractions: Penmarc'h, La Torche 19 km, Pont l'Abbé 12 km, Audierne 23 km, Douarnenez 19 km, Quimper 26 km, Pointe du Raz 35 km. Hiking paths: GR 34, Baie d'Audierne, Cap Sizun.  
"Pointe du Raz", 4-room terraced house 160 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 5 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace.
