"This is a nice urban property, so expect to pay premium overnight parking rates, but daytime parking appears to be free for events and such. The lobby area is exceptionally comfortable and interesting with a welcoming ambiance. Included/optional breakfast buffet is excellent - well stocked and maintained with good options and super nice staff on hand making it all go right. Ask if they have any kids' coupons. 😉 Definitely recommended!"

We picked this hotel specifically for the "water view". payed more $ for water view although on the ground floor we had a small building obstruction blocking the view. We checked in at 3pm to be early and hopefully get the upstars, and was told that was all there was the ground floor with this obstruction. Also our toilet plugged up, no fault of ours. A plunger was brought in immediately. Otherwise this hotel is pleasant. "

"The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I know that no matter how late my flight is, they are a quick phone call away, and I will be at the hotel in a few minutes. I have never been disappointed in my room, either. It is inevitably comfortable and immaculate. Staying here takes all the stress out of arriving or departing from San Jose."
