It was dirty and had dead bugs and a nasty bathroom. Pool was not open and disgusting.

Staff was rude and took my stuff out of the room before checkout time for no reason other than they just wanted to get the room ready for the next guest. Ridiculous. I would not stay here again.

Wake Up call NOT ordered

Checked in at 6:30 pm but was woke up with a called at 1:30 am on my phone to see if I was going to still check in; pricing they charged was higher than what Hotels gave me when reserved; and the list could go on. Will NEVER stay here again.

Had an issue with a loud neighbor and their friends till 1 am on a week night but they checked out the next day. The rest of the stay went well. I didn't complain to staff or try to deal with it myself. I just let it play out. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Bed and pillows were super comfortable and just as good as a 4-star hotel. Although the place was full, I was still able to park right in front of my room for easy access. Overall, my stay was excellent for the price. The value was unexpected.

Not bad place to stay, beds are comfortable

For the price, this motel is a good place to stay. The beds were actually somewhat comfortable and not hard a brick. It was also clean. Sometimes you stay in places and the carpet will be gross, not this one. It is old and cheap, so don’t expect The Ritz. Good place for $60.

I believe it was a fair deal. Most other options were almost double the price. It is a older motel and can use some updates. However, I did sleep like a baby and the shower was great!

Disappointed and disgruntled

We were told there was a pool. When we arrived, the pool was padlocked and the water was black with trash floating in it. It was apparent that it had not been taken care of for some time. Paint was peeling of the door. The pillows were old and extremely flat. The carpet was old and rippled. Tripping hazard. We were given 1 styrofoam cup for the coffee maker and only 1 pkg of coffee for 3 nights. This place was a disgrace to the Hotels.com name.
