"The room we had originally been assigned was having issues with the air conditioning and it was about 100 degrees outside. We told the front desk as we were leaving to get dinner and head to the state fair. They said they could fix it while we were gone. After being outside for the rest of the day we both just wanted a cool shower and to collapse into bed. We got into the room and it was still hot. Went downstairs and they moved us to a different room that was nice and cold. The next morning breakfast was lacking but we had been notified beforehand about this so not a big deal. The staff were amazing in helping us with the issues we had and were so kind. "

"The hotel was great! Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff was wonderful! I would highly recommend Drury in Springfield. "

"Rooms were good, clean, and nice to have laundry facilities. The first day the hotel had a chemical smell from the cleaning products used that was quite strong. Requested for no room cleaning for next day as we started 2 nights. Thankful for a/c that drew air from outside. "

"This is a great hotel. Our bathroom floor was so slick we almost slipped every time we walked on it. Not sure what kinda of cleaner is used, but it’s slick. "
