Ocean View from my balcony. 5 minute walk downstairs to the beach area. Pool is good. Breakfast is basic but delicious. Room is super spacious as well as restroom. AC is excellent.

we really enjoyed the Mardi Gras parade and entertainment so close to the resort. we were disappointed that the local marina had cut down the trees around the marina so the water birds were no longer roosting in the area
