"Really great hotel and we had a wonderful stay. Lovely rooms, great spa place to really unwind. Our only (small) gripe was the music around the pool and at breakfast pipped through the speaker system. It was slightly too loud to be ignored and seemed unnecessary and added nothing to the ambience of the area. Would prefer that they had nothing or at least turned it down so it was a background "hum""

"We had an incredible stay at the Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur. The staff are incredible and so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was memorable and the pool area is lovely - one is heated and the other 3 aren’t but still a great temperature for cooling off. The walk to the beach is about 15 mins, longer on the way back as it is a steep hill!! We walked to La Caleta for evening meals which is about half an hour walk along the coast. Cannot recommend this place highly enough - we will be back!!!!"

"This hotel is wonderful! From the moment that you arrive at the front door, you receive a genuine welcome. Reception was welcoming, efficient and the resort map very helpful. A very elegant and spacious hotel, our room was beautiful, extremely comfortable, exceptionally clean and everything that you needed to enjoy a peaceful time. The restaurants, pool, gardens and bar areas were well maintained and it was a pleasure to spend our days and evenings there. I would like to say that above everything else, it really was the staff that made our holiday so special. Each and everyone always had a smile on their faces, greeted you warmly and always had time for you. Well done to everyone at Tivoli La Caleta - we look forward to returning soon."

Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!"

"Excellent hotel , great staff. Only stayed b&b but couldn't fault it. Only slight negative was the pool was getting refurbished the week after our stay. So there was lots of black stains but once the pool is back in use it will be superb again.
