These items are not replenished each time you run out. The condo is located in a complex that provides 24/7 security. There’s an extra charge for additional guests/visitors over the capacity of the property. Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $50; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($100 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $50 will be charged. Please make sure to return your bracelets to reception upon check out. A penalty of $12 USD per missing bracelet will apply otherwise. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. Very nice condo with large pool right outside the room. The pool had a bar where you could order drinks and food. There was also a small pool on the main patio, which was very convenient. However, the pool was not clean- I would suggest if you plan to use it, to ask the host to have it cleaned before your arrival. Very close access to the beach. Technically the property is on the beach, but to access the beach, you must exit the main entrance and walk on the street (Calle 28) to get there but it wasn’t a problem. I brought a car and parking was very convenient. The check in and check out process was very smooth and friendly. The host was very responsive and addressed all questions and issues quickly.
